Responsibilities

• Grow your local knowledge: answer questions clients may have
• Do the work of Real Estate: capitalize on opportunities to ensure growth for your business
• Be a thoughtful + informed Consultant: advise clients on the market, opportunity, and risks
• Follow-up: nurture your database to generate sales
• Provide your best service: ensure repeat and referral customers, every time
• Uphold professional knowledge + standards: make the process as smooth as possible
• Show properties: you're not just unlocking doors, you're maintaining industry best practices
• Write and respect contracts and their importance: protect your clients' biggest investments + assets
• Constantly hone your skillset: never stop learning
• Be ethical: follow Commission + Fair Housing rules and regulations

Qualifications

• You'll need a Real Estate license (but you can get started even while you're studying)
• Self-motivation and drive (this is a commission-based position, the more you sell, the more you'll earn...with no limits)
• Good organizational and time management (our training will help you strengthen these)
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies (don't worry, our tech stack doesn't require a coding degree)
• Excellent communication and networking skills (you love to meet new people and introducing them to others)
• A people-first mindset (we only work with super nice people who take amazing care of their clients)

Compensation

$50,000 - $250,000 on average
